Inventory & Demand Planning Manager
Spring Footwear – Pompano Beach, FL (Onsite)
Spring Footwear is expanding rapidly across Shopify e-commerce, Amazon, Walmart, major marketplaces, B2B accounts, wholesale partners, and 11 retail stores. To support this growth, we are building a modern Inventory & Demand Planning function that strengthens availability, improves flow, and drives profitability across the entire omni-channel network.
We’re looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with commercial awareness—and who enjoys building new processes in a fast-moving environment. If you want to be a builder, not just a maintainer, this role sits at the center of our future.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain SKU-level forecasts across Shopify ecommerce, Amazon Marketplace, Walmart, retail stores, B2B Dropships, and wholesale channels.
• Own MFP and OTB planning; adjust in-season to hit sales, margin, turn, and service-level targets.
• Monitor inventory health across all channels; identify oversell risks, aging inventory, and replenishment gaps early.
• Partner daily with Merchandising, Buying, Sales, Retail, Marketplace teams, Operations, and Finance to align demand, receipts, and replenishment.
• Build dashboards tracking sales velocity, weeks of supply, aging, replenishment performance, and supply chain readiness.
• Support seasonal assortment planning, hindsight reviews, and financial planning with accurate data and insights.
• Create planning tools, SOPs, reporting structure, and forecasting frameworks for a new Inventory & Demand Planning department.
• Contribute directly to omni-channel success by balancing availability, margin protection, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
• 2–5 years in demand planning, inventory planning, merchandising, forecasting, or supply chain (footwear/apparel/consumer goods preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and comfort with ERP systems, SQL, and BI dashboards.
• Experience in an omni-channel environment (Shopify ecommerce, Amazon Marketplace, retail stores, wholesale).
• Ability to interpret complex sales, inventory, and fulfillment data from multiple systems.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A builder’s mindset—resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven to improve accuracy, visibility, and process efficiency.
