Sample Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for samples distribution in a timely manner, container checking, maintaining sample library, seasonal walls, show room as well as sample coordination and photography support.

 Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

• Detail Oriented
• Pro-active mentality
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Organizational skills a must
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications preferred

Team Member will lift / carry (Maximum lbs)

• Frequently: 25 lbs
• Occasionally: 40 lbs
• Stand:  8 hours 

Responsibilities include but is not limited to: 

Library/Inventory Maintenance 

•  Organizing the sample library by BRANDS and by VENDOR and season.
• Preparing space for the new upcoming samples
• Assisting regularly with liquidation processes
• Daily maintenance - clean aisles, empty racks, removal of trash/boxes
• Processing sample returns from customers, reps and factories.  .

Quality Control

 Maintaining seasonal walls 

•  Manage and organize all active styles are stored in seasonal wall
• Maintain appropriate inventory of samples to satisfy needs of sales reps, customers and show demands.

Trade Shows

•  Ensure all samples are properly labeled, stuffed, and cleaned; samples must be show ready.
• Gather all supplies needed for tradeshows based on show, size, and season.
• Properly pack samples to minimize movement and properly label cartons with contents for simple set-up.
• Assist with coordinating logistics for show samples and supplies ensuring delivery is on-time.
