Spring Footwear is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy development, brand management, digital marketing, and team leadership.  Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Spring Footwear's brand identity, increase market share, and drive sales revenue.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including advertising materials, product catalogs, and promotional content.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and retail operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure efficient resource allocation and measurable results.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and brand partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies required.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
