The Photo and Video Content Specialist is a creative, artistic, and detail-oriented individual who will work primarily with the Marketing and Merchandising Teams to plan, set up, and complete on-site photo and video sessions for the websites, social platforms, advertising, and promotional materials to support all company’s needs.

This position is responsible for organizing and maintaining a photo database, executing image and video requests, cleaning raw images, maintaining web page image availability, uploading multi-view images on the web page (resource page). In addition to their photography-based tasks, the Photo and Video Content Specialist is also expected to work with the creative team on marketing projects as needed and take initiative on their own time to build the content library for Spring Footwear. You will be responsible for creating and concepting engaging social media content for  our brands. You are responsible for creating content on your own. Must be able to design and create video and /or photos on your own. You create engaging creative content on a variety of digital media platforms independently.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • You excel in content creation formats (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite & design templates in Canva or Google docs/suite, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding and passion for digital and social creative world, best practices, trends & visual storytelling across all traditional and emerging social platforms
  • You understand the difference between a creative idea and tactical execution and are an expert at producing both
  • You pursue perfection in concepting, designing, developing, and putting the team in the best position to present our ideas.
  • You have an understanding and/or ability to work with motion graphics
  • You are a maker at heart & you lead a project from conception to execution
  • Able to manage and prioritize a wide array of tasks without compromising the general level of creative
  • You demonstrate expertise and interest in social media platforms and know their abilities and limitations
  • Ability to plan/execute live content for social media channels including Instagram stories
  • You work to stay current with technology and trends as well as seek opportunities to improve art/design or production skills
  • You're capable and responsible for conveying art direction in all mediums, everything from social posts to short form videos
  • You're flexible in working both autonomously and more closely as a team when developing concepts
  • You will collaborate with our creative and strategy teams, to create and produce videos & photography, and engaging social copy
  • Responsible, accountable, always leading with the right attitude


  • Previous experience in an agency or fashion brand preferred
  • Have a portfolio with detailed descriptions of what your specific role was
  • Bachelor's Degree in Videography, Photography, or Design OR the equivalent professional experience
  • Years of Experience: 4+ years, agency or fashion experienced preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in both catalog and lifestyle imagery
  • Proficiency in all or most social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Preferred experience including graphic design
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds
